HEADSHOT SERVICE POLICY & AGREEMENT
This Service Policy and Agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and procedures for working with Blackett Media. Please review it carefully so we can ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Blackett Media strives to provide all our clients with a seamless and enjoyable experience. To ensure the best possible service, please review the following appointment policies:
Booking and Confirmation:
- All headshot appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- A confirmation email with the details of your appointment will be sent upon booking.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in.
Content Usage & Consent:
- By booking a session with Blackett Media, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to use photos and video content captured during your session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertising materials.
- If you wish to withdraw consent for future use of your content, a formal request must be submitted in writing via email to info@blackettmedia.ca. Once received, we will remove your content from future marketing materials. Previously published materials may not be retrievable.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee according to the session package (amount will be specified on invoice).
- In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
Payment:
- Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and/or E-transfer.
Session Guidelines:
- Please arrive prepared and dressed in the appropriate attire and grooming for your professional headshot.
- Any additional services must be requested before the session.
Post-Session Delivery:
- Final edited headshots will be delivered within 5 business days after the session. Delivery for final headshots may vary for custom and corporate packages.
- Requests for additional edits or services may incur an additional fee.
